  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@delatia.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our pain relief ointments, we only accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Used or opened items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@delatia.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
